GC500 Masterwork Giveaway

Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by Des Spencer Art, Australia (the "Organiser").

The giveaway celebrates Des Spencer's collaboration with Dick Johnson Racing and the Shell V-Power Racing Team during the 2026 Gold Coast 500.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

  • One entry per person is permitted.

  • Employees and immediate family members of the Organiser and individuals directly involved in administering the competition are ineligible.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Friday, 23 October 2026, and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 25 October 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to extend the competition beyond the advertised closing date, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals. Any extension will be announced through the Des Spencer Art website or official social media channels.

Entries received after the applicable closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants must:

  1. Visit www.desspencer.com.

  2. Complete the GC500 Masterwork Giveaway entry form.

  3. Provide their full name and a valid email address.

  4. Submit their entry during the competition period.

Only completed and eligible entries will be included in the draw.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a framed Des Spencer GC500 First Edition Masterwork, created as part of the Dick Johnson Racing / Shell V-Power Racing Team collaboration.

Prize details:

  • Limited-edition fine art reproduction.

  • Edition #17 of 17, the final numbered Masterwork in the edition.

  • Artwork dimensions: 120 × 90 cm.

  • Professionally framed.

  • Total prize value: AUD $2,800.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The winner will be selected and notified by email on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, unless the competition period is extended.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification and Claim Period

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied at entry.

The winner will have 30 calendar days from the date of notification to claim the prize.

If the prize remains unclaimed, the Organiser may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Prize Delivery

Free delivery is included Australia-wide.

International shipping is not included in the prize. If international delivery is requested and agreed, the winner will be responsible for international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and associated charges.

Delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner.

9. Privacy and Marketing

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, notify the winner and arrange prize delivery.

Marketing communications about Des Spencer Art, including artwork releases, limited editions, exhibitions and exclusive offers, will be sent where valid marketing consent has been obtained.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe facility.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Des Spencer Art Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate or ineligible entries.

The Organiser may extend, amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals or notifications.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Des Spencer Art website or official social media channels.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
